A few months ago I had some customers ask me if I accepted Bitcoin, and I had to say no because I did not know very much about it. So I started reading about it and after a many articles and videos, I have decided to add it as a payment method.
I don't know if it's a Fad or the Future, but from what I understand it has a lot of potential. More anonymous purchases, lower fees, no middle man, and less risk for fraud / identity theft.
You can buy with Bitcoin by clicking here
Also, I want to take this opportunity to talk about some recent updates I have done, and others I am working on...
- I have added fittings and a video discussion for the Scythe Fleet Issue (ScyFi) to the SFI PRO Guide
- I have added a new Fleet Video guide to the Frigate PRO Guide which teaches how to run a Interceptor + Stealth Bomber Fleet
- I am recording some new videos for the Anti-Inty section of the Frigate PRO Guide
- I updated the Fitting Guide and Cheat Sheet for the Anty-Inty Guide for Rubicon
As always, all updates are free. Simply log in and the delivery pages are updated to show the new updates.
Great info in all your links and vids. This site has pushed me into modest pvp. After using many of your tactics and suggestions I feel I have a better understanding of how to go about selecting proper targets, isolating them and ripping their faces off. Have been focusing on the Wolf a lot because it offers the oppotunity to not risk large sums of isk and yet has almost all the basics you teach. However, I am finding that there is a large number of ships that are not referenced on your Wolf cheat sheet, especially in the faction ships, and the T2 assult ships. I am constantly scanning down ships that leave me puzzled as to the proper tactics to use, or to simple run away and look for a more suitable target. Any chance you might add a few more frigate class ships tot he cheat sheet? Otherwise, keep up the great work.
The fittings for many faction ships can be unpredictable so I left those out originally, however I will make a point to go back through and add some more.
That was my observation as well. Very unpredictable. Take the Slicer for example; it ought to be fairly straight forward, until they use the speed advantage to move “outside,” where their guns have an unbelievable advantage. Thanks for your looking at these.
A recent article you might want to read about Bitcoin. It is not as secure as the supporting pundits would like you to believe. Basically it comes down to the lack of regulation and rule enforcement. Almost all detracting articles I found are anticipating a crash in the Bitcoin market as investors pull out while the exchange is extremely high right now. Just be cautious is all.

Bitcoins future is very uncertain. Probably 90% of it’s current value is just speculation and hype, but there is some potential. My bet is that it is simply a prototype of something else that will be much more stable and secure.
As for risk, I have setup with Bitpay.com so that they turn all bitcoin orders into Dollars instantly so I am not exposed to the ups and downs of Bitcoin. But I’ve found very few people actually use Bitcoin to purchase, most prefer credit card or paypal.
I know you are probably keeping up with the media right now, but if you are not, I just wanted to share some articles with you. The ‘uncertainty’ of this currency is getting a little more attention:

I’ve been following it. It’s a shame but it doesn’t really affect me. I have it setup so that all payments are automatically converted into US Dollars. So whether Bitcoin is worth 5 or 5,000 it doesn’t change anything on my side.
I do still believe it has a bright future… A lot of people want to see it die (Governments, Banks, etc), but it’s too late and Bitcoin will likely be the catalyst that changes Money as we know it. We will have to wait 5-10 years to really know the consequences.
My Guess is that Bitcoin will be like the first Video Game Console the Magnavox Odyssey that set the stage for the real game changers like Nintendo, Sega, and later Playstation and XBox. The barely observable start of an Avalanche.
