If you spend much time looking at the market in EVE you're bound come across some mistakes that you can quickly profit from.
Typically these involve people forgetting a zero or rushing and not entering the correct price.
In this case the seller appears to have entered the buy order price or just forgot to change the auto suggested price.
Either way with a spread of 5 million ISK per item, all you have to do is buy all 15 and then relist them to earn a quick 75 Million ISK Profit.
These types of mistakes happen all the time, but it's not very often you find them before someone else does.
