    It’s been a long time since anyone has had this problem but for a while I was getting support requests from customers in Singapore who were unable to view the videos.

    This problem was tracked down the state firewall or main ISP in Singapore that blocks some sites. Oddly enough they were blocking the Amazon Cloud Servers that I use to serve my videos.

    The only fix we could find was watch the videos on a mobile device because it bypassed the block.
