Access to paid for videos "Frigate pvp pro guides"

I had access to the Frigate pvp pro guide but don’t any more and was hoping I could get that sorted.

Here is the email I got,

I show you have access to the Frigate PRO Guide and Wolf Guide.

Make sure you click the Members Area link to access guides, not the sales page links.

“The Ninja Pilgrim Guide” at the account SARATOGA
and
“Frigate PVP PRO Guide” at the account SARATOGAMVV.
It happened because of some problems with PayPal payment system at that time….
